We are proud to present this enchanting adaptation of the pulp story ‘Zorro’ with fiery music by famous The Gipsy Kings and genuine Flamenco dancing. Zorro from the Spanish word ‘fox’ was created in 1919 and is the secret identity of Don Diega de la Vega a Californian nobleman, leaving in California during the Spanish rule.
The character has undergone changes through the years but the typical image of him as a dashing black-clad outlaw who defends the people of the land against the tyrannical officials and other villains. Not only is he too canning and fox-like for the bumbling authorities, but also delights in publicly humiliating them.
inspired by the 2005 fictional biography ‘ZORRO’ written by the Chilean writer Isabelle Allende.
The musical was first presented at the Garrick theatre in London in 2008 and after critical acclaim in the London’s West End, Moscow, Tokyo, Amsterdam, Rio and Korea, it is finally ready to tour the Middle East.
